Joe Wallender is a chemical engineer from Texas Tech University with 33 Years of experience in the oil
& gas industry including his current role as president & founder of Reset Energy. From Reset Energy’s conception, Joe’s leadership in all areas of the business have been critical as he has combined his roles in recruiting, plant process engineering, plant start-up and commissioning, business development and executive management to establish the company as a top tier plant provider.
Prior to founding Reset Energy, Joe was Director of Business Development and Engineering at Kinder Morgan Treating, LP (formerly South-Tex Treaters) and managed the sales, design, engineering, and manufacturing of engineered process equipment for the natural gas industry.
Kenneth Lloyd has 17 years of experience in manufacturing and logistics activities related to the natural gas midstream equipment industry including drafting and piping design, ASME code welding, mechanical design, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.
Prior to becoming a founding partner in Reset Energy, Kenneth managed the overall manufacturing facility at Kinder Morgan Treating, LP (formerly South-Tex Treaters) including ASME code vessel production, pipe-fitting, drafting, scheduling and shipping/receiving. One of Kenneth’s major accomplishments was transitioning South-Tex Treaters from a used equipment refurbishment company to a highly efficient, equipment manufacturing operation.
Bryan Lamar is a licensed electrician with 21 years of electrical and electronics experience with 16 years of industrial controls design and operations, with extensive experience in advanced PLC and DCS programs.
Prior to becoming a founding partner in Reset Energy, Bryan was the primary electrical and controls designer with Kinder Morgan Treating, LP (formerly South-Tex Treaters) and was responsible for PLC programming, electrical design, testing, plant commissioning and plant start-ups.
Bryan spent six years in the United States Marine Corps specializing in Avionics.

Steve Scribner began his career in the oil and gas services industry in 1991. He is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University receiving a B.B.A. in Finance.
He has spent the last 27 years in the natural gas facilities business joining Hanover Compression in 1991. In early 2004 Steve joined Valerus Compression Services as a founding partner and ultimately became the Director of Sales at Valerus before departing in 2012.
Since then, Steve has experienced a wide array of commercial responsibilities in the oil & gas facilities sales and rental businesses, assuming roles as VP of Business Development and VP of Marketing and Sales with several fabrication companies.
In May of 2016, Steve assumed the role of VP of Business Development with Reset Energy focusing primarily on marketing, developing new opportunities and growing existing relationships.

Nader Khaki received a M.S. in Control Engineering in 1988 from University of Texas, P.B. He has 36 years of experience in the oil & gas industry including, electrical, instrumentation, control, process engineering, manufacturing, commissioning, operations, management, and business development.
Prior to joining the Reset Energy team, Nader was Director of Sales and Engineering at Kinder Morgan Treating, LP (formerly South-Tex Treaters) and managed the sales, design, engineering, and manufacturing of engineered process equipment for the natural gas industry.
Ben Ciotti is a chemical engineer and received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2013. He has experience in process design and engineering, manufacturing, heat transfer, business development, and mechanical design.
After graduation, Ben worked as a Sales and Design Engineer for a manufacturer’s rep. company specializing in heat transfer and fluid flow. As many of his customers were in the midstream and downstream oil and gas sector, this allowed him to gain knowledge and experience preparing him to enter the natural gas processing and treating industry.
In December 2014, he joined Reset Energy as a Process Engineer making an immediate impact by taking on responsibilities and roles in project management, business development, cost estimating, and engineering design.
